How to Connect Roku to Amazon Alexa
Once you have the necessary things, you can proceed with linking the Amazon account with Roku to connect the devices.
- Initially, turn on your Roku TV and your Alexa device. After that, all the devices (Roku TV, Amazon Alexa device, and Alexa app) are connected to the same WiFi network.
- Open the Alexa app on your smartphone and log in to your Amazon account.
- Tap on the More icon at the top corner and then select Skills & Games.
- Now, click the Search icon and search for Roku. Once it displays the result, pick up Roku from the list.
- In that, select Enable to Use. Then, you will be asked to enter the credentials of the Roku TV account to sign in on a separate page.
- From the next page, select Continue to Alexa App to continue with the Alexa app.
- It starts browsing for the available devices under the same WiFi network on the Device Discovery screen. Once detected, choose your Roku TV.
- Once the process is completed, click on Continue.
- Finally, choose the Amazon Alexa device that you want to use to control your Roku and tap on the Link Devices option.
