AirTV is a streaming device/service that brings all the OTA channels in a set-top box so you can easily access cable channels. How to Connect AirTV Set-Top Box to Roku TV
Before getting to the setup process, make sure to check every component is available on the service:
- AirTV box
- HDMI Cable
- AirTV Adapter and Cord Adapter
- AirTV Remote
- USB to USB Converter
- Adhesive Antenna
1. First, place the AirTV Box near your TV and make sure to connect the AirTV adapter to the power socket.
2. Connect the AirTV Adapter plug into the AirTV box.
3. Now, connect the HDMI cable on Roku TV and with the AirTV box, respectively.
4. After this, take out the Sticky Antenna and stick it on an elevated place near the TV to receive a good signal.
5. Then, connect the AirTV Adapter and the Antenna cable using the USB to USB adapter.
6. After that, connect the USB converter to the USB port of the AirTV Box.
7. Now that every cable is connected to the AirTV box, turn on your Roku and the AirTV box.
How to Setup AirTV on Roku
After connectivity is complete, you must enter the login details of your AirTV/Sling TV subscription and finish the setup process.
1. With the AirTV box connected to the TV, change the Roku TV input to AirTV-connected HDMI.
2. Now, you can see the AirTV welcome screen. When you see that, press the OK button on the AirTV Remote to pair and move to the next step.
3. Next, select Language, answer the on-screen questions, and connect the AirTV box to a WIFI network.
Note: You can also connect AirTV to the internet via an Ethernet cable.
4. After this, sign in to both your Google Account and go to the next step.
5. Next, you can configure the Accessibility settings or Skip it to change later.
6. Select the USB Channel Tuner and scan the OTA channels on the AirTV box.
7. When the scan is complete, go through the on-screen prompts, sign in to your Sling TV subscription, and finish the setup.
8. After the setup is complete, you can stream OTA channels and Sling TV content on your TV via AirTV.
