I am curious to know why my Roku Ultra have turned off after 4 hours of inactivity automatically. Although this looks useful, I wanted to if I can disable the auto power-off feature. Can anyone help me out customize this feature? Any useful information will be greatly appreciated.

Hi @julie
The Roku Ultra has an automatic power-off feature to save energy after 4 hours of inactivity. Unfortunately, there is no direct setting to disable this feature. However, you can try the following workaround to keep your Roku Ultra active:Â
Use Screensavers:Â
- Go to Settings > Screensaver and select a screensaver.
- Set the screensaver to activate after a short period of inactivity.
Disable Bandwidth Saver:
- Go to Settings > Network > Bandwidth saver.
- Turn off the Bandwidth saver feature, which stops streaming after 4 hours of inactivity.
Regular Interaction:
- Ensure regular interaction with the Roku device, such as using the remote to press any button periodically, to prevent it from entering standby mode.Â
These steps should help customize the inactivity settings on your Roku Ultra.
Let me know if you need any further assistance!
