My Roku remote controller seems to work perfectly until I came across the power button issue. While all the other buttons works without issues, it isn't the case with the Power button. I tried pressing the button for multiple times and stil I could not turn off the Roku TV. There is no obstructions blocking the remote signal or the batteries are old. When everything seems to be fine, what is causing the power button to not work? Help me fix up this issue, so I can turn off my Roku TV without issues.

You can try out the below fixes to check if you can get back the access of the Power button.
- Re-pair the Remote: Remove the batteries, unplug TV, reinsert the batteries, and press the pairing button inside the battery compartment.
- Update Software: Go to Settings > System > System Update.
- Reset Remote: Remove batteries, hold the power button for 15 seconds, and reinsert the batteries.
- Use Roku App: Temporarily use the Roku mobile app as a remote.
- Factory Reset: Go to Settings > System > Advanced System Settings > Factory Reset (this erases all settings).
- Check for Damage: Inspect the power button for physical damage or debris.
- Contact Support: If the issue persists, contact Roku support.
