How to Install and Stream Movies of Vudu on Roku
1. After turning on Roku, click on the Streaming Channels.
2. Select Search Channels and look for Vudu Fandango at Home.
3. Choose the app from the Channel Store and click on Add Channel to get Vudu Fandango at Home on Roku.
4. Open the Vudu app on your TV and click on Sign In or try to play any content on the app.
5. Now, you will receive a passcode, including a website URL, on your TV screen. Note them down.
6. On another device, open a browser and visit the activation website URL you have noted of Vudu.
7. On the website, enter the passcode and click on the Login button.
8. Then, type in the login details of your Vudu account and finish the sign-in process.
9. Now, the Vudu app will automatically load its home screen. Choose any content from the app and stream its content on your LG TV big screen.
How to Screen Mirror/AirPlay Vudu on Roku
Apart from installing the app on Roku, you can stream Vudu via the Screen Mirroring/AirPlay function. With the Vudu mobile app and web version supporting screen mirroring and AirPlay support, this is an alternative method you can try.
To screen mirror and AirPlay from your smartphone or from your PC, do the following:
- Connect your Roku TV to a WIFI network and your casting device to the same network.
- Enable Screen Mirroring on Roku. (For Android and Windows PC)
- Turn on AirPlay on Roku. (For iPhone and Mac PC)
Screen Mirror/AirPlay Vudu from Mobile
1. Download the Vudu Fandango at Home app on your mobile from Play Store | App Store.
2. Open the app and log into your Vudu account.
3. Now, play any content you have purchased before on the app.
4. On your Android mobile, open the Notification Panel and choose the Cast icon.
5. iPhone users, click on the Cast icon from the Vudu media player and choose the AirPlay or Bluetooth option.
6. Then, choose your Roku device on the mobile and stream Vudu on your big screen.
Screen Mirror Vudu from PC
1. Visit the Vudu Fandango at Home website on your computer.
2. Click on the Sign In button on the web page and enter your account details.
3. Now, play any content you want from the website.
4. While the video is playing,
- Windows users press the Windows + K button on the keyboard.
- Mac users should click on the Control Center option and choose Screen Mirroring.
5. In the next step, choose your Roku device on your respective computers.
6. Now, you can mirror the Vudu content on your TV via screen mirroring.
