Can I Disable Guest Mode Without a Roku PIN?
No. You can’t turn off the guest mode on Roku without the PIN. You must enter it to exit the guest mode from Roku’s settings menu or the website. If you forget the PIN, factory resetting the Roku device is the only way to exit guest mode.
In the meantime, the factory reset option isn’t available on Roku’s Settings menu if you’re in guest mode. So, in this situation, you can only use the Reset button located on the Roku TVs and some Roku Streaming Boxes to proceed with the factory reset.

After locating the Reset button, hold it for 10-15 seconds straight (either with the finger or a paperclip) until the LED light starts to flicker on your Roku. After this, your Roku will revert back to the default settings, and you can sign in to your Roku account again and steam your desired content hassle-free.
Moreover, if you face problems in turning on this feature, then try contacting the customer support of the Roku TV to deal with the problem.
